Plan Testing
Dreamcatcher Disaster Resilience, LLC believes that no contingency plan is complete until it is tested.
We can facilitate the training and testing you need to assure that the disaster recovery or business continuity plan that have been developed are thoroughly exercised. It should be noted that a site does not
"pass" a test. Instead, the goal is to identify areas for plan improvement.
Testing may take the form of a table top exercise which brings together the various response team members for a scenario presentation, to which they orate back their actions.
A test may also take the form of a pre-planned outage, with response team members restoring systems at your hot site and business personal working from your alternate site.
Communication network swings to alternate business and processing sites may also be facilitated.
