Risk Analysis

The Risk Analysis is the first major step to developing contingency plans after the scope is identified.

To conduct your risk analysis Dreamcatcher Disaster Resilience, LLC follows the guideline of a number of agencies and organizations, including the Disaster Recovery Institute International and FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency).

Our methodology is comprehensive.  We look at all hazards potentially facing your business and systems.  These are divided into Natural, Technological, and Universal hazards.  We then look at the state, your county, municipality, site, and right down to the building level. 

We will objectively identify what hazards are moderate to high probability of occurring in your area, and subjectively identify the probability of impact to the business and system identified within the project's scope.

Deliverable include a risk analysis report, a probability diagram of the hazards facing your site, and a list of recommendation how to eliminate or at least minimize those impact risks.
